Lavendell is a focus and study app set in a magic school. If something isn't working, or you have a question, we're happy to help.

It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the app version. You'll find the app version under Dormitory › Settings › About.
Finding Settings
On the campus, tap the Dormitory. Settings is the tab at the top right.
Membership
Manage or cancel a subscription
- On your iPhone: Settings › your name (Apple Account) › Subscriptions › Lavendell.
- In the app: Dormitory › Settings › Membership › Manage.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends or the next renewal, or you'll be charged. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Restore purchases
Go to Dormitory › Settings › Membership › Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. This brings back your membership. It doesn't bring back study progress (see New iPhone).
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds, so we can't refund you directly. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Members can also go to Dormitory › Settings › Membership › Refund in the app. Apple's guide: Request a refund.
Your account and data
Delete your account
Go to Dormitory › Settings › Delete account (at the bottom) and tap Delete. This erases your name, UID, character, progress, magic book, records, medals and account settings from this iPhone right away (the sound switch and graphics level stay on this iPhone). It can't be undone. It doesn't cancel a subscription.
Sign out
Go to Dormitory › Settings › Sign out. Your progress stays on this iPhone.
New iPhone
In this version, your progress is stored only on your iPhone and doesn't sync. If you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, your progress may come with it. Otherwise it stays on the old iPhone. You can always restore your membership.
Daily reminder
Turn it on in Dormitory › Settings › Daily reminder, and allow notifications when iOS asks. If you said no before, turn them on in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Lavendell. Then come back to Dormitory › Settings and switch Daily reminder off and on again (or pick the time again).
Language
Lavendell follows your iPhone's language. To change it for Lavendell only, tap Dormitory › Settings › Language, which opens iPhone Settings.
